Hi, I'm Jody. I'm a registered nurse, animal lover, and outdoor enthusiast who can usually be found with dirt on my boots or sand between my toes. Life has taken me on plenty of adventures, both big and small, and I've learned that every chapter comes with its own challenges, surprises, and lessons.

I've made it through the bucking bronco years of raising children, only to discover that midlife comes with its own roller coaster ride. Now I'm navigating the twists, turns, ups, downs, and occasional loops of perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. So grab a seat and join me as we explore the good, the bad, and the ugly of this crazy chapter called life after 50.
